Skanska donate Easter eggs to Cystic Fibrosis unit

Skanska and their trade contractors have been busy over the last few weeks collecting Easter eggs to donate to over 20 local charities, schools and hospitals.

Skanska’s Office Manager Sarah Duffin and Construction Manager Phil Savill visited the hospital's Cystic Fibrosis Unit earlier this week to surprise patients with a sack full of Cadbury's chocolate eggs.

“We were expecting to receive around 60 eggs in total, donated by our employees and trade contractors, but so far we've collected over 1000!” said Sarah.

“We wanted to do something for some of the smaller charities in the area and it's been an absolute pleasure to go around and deliver them."

There were even enough eggs to build a model of the new Royal Papworth Hospital in the Skanska site office!
