Liz is a chartered accountant (CPFA) who began working for the NHS in 2015 with NHS Improvement, where she was a member of the East of England finance team.
She joined The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King’s Lynn on secondment as Deputy Director of Finance in 2019 and subsequently moved to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals Trust in September 2020 to take up the post of Director of Finance Operations.
Liz was interim CFO at the Norfolk and Norwich for a year from March 2024 to March 2025 before returning to her substantive role.
